Please do not attempt to overload our servers, scrape our database aggressively, or use our platform for any malicious activities. Treat this space with the respect of a true Pokémon fan.

3. Disclaimer of Liability

While we engineer our Pokédex and tactical tools for extreme accuracy, Pokémon battles are highly dynamic. Our Type Balance radar provides the blueprint for an optimal defense, but real-world variables like predictions, RNG, and split-second decisions mean the final execution is always in your hands. We equip you with the best data possible, but ARCESYS cannot be held responsible for the outcome of your competitive matches. 4. Modifications to Terms

The ARCESYS system is constantly evolving. We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site means you accept the new parameters.
