THREAT ANALYSIS

A mysterious group called Team Galactic, led by the cold-hearted Cyrus, is causing chaos. They don't just want to steal Pokémon; they want to use the power of the legendary Dialga or Palkia to destroy the current universe and create a new one without emotions.

System

This generation introduced the biggest change in Pokémon history:

Physical & Special Split

For the first time, moves are categorized by how they hit, not by their type. For example, Fire Punch is now Physical, while Flamethrower is Special. This made battles much more realistic and fair.

Powerful new forms of older Pokémon

Researchers have discovered that many Pokémon from older regions can now evolve into powerful new forms, such as Electivire, Magmortar, and Mamoswine, pushing their potential further than ever before.

Global Connection

Global Trade Station

With the new Global Trade Station (GTS), you can now trade and battle with people from all over the world using Wi-Fi.

The PokéRadar Protocol

PokéRadar

Once you upgrade to the National Dex, the world of Sinnoh expands with species from all across the globe. To help find these rare targets, you will receive the PokéRadar—a high-tech tool that detects hidden Pokémon by making the grass rustle around you. Furthermore, a special 'Dual-Slot' feature allows you to attract Pokémon from the Hoenn and Kanto regions simply by using legacy game cartridges in your device, bridging the gap between generations.
